Booking Your Hotel Room
The online hotel room reservation system has been closed, so you will need to coordinate with the hotel staff directly to secure the conference room rate of $249 per night.
If you use any other method of booking your room, you may not be able to take advantage of our negotiated conference rate.
To book your hotel room after September 26, please send an email message directly to Jeremy Kent (jeremy.kent@westin.com). Include the conference name "TrueConnection" in the subject header, and specify your arrival and departure dates, and other details for accommodations.
