Sales Compensation Principles 

Date: October 10 and 11, 2008
Time: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

This course introduces students to the principles of sales compensation. Emphasis is placed on terminology and concepts used throughout the compensation process within organizations. The course reviews compensation design techniques and how they may be incorporated into sales compensation planning. Through exercises and lab work, students will review typical sales cycles and work to gain a better understanding of the influences that impact the sales compensation process as a whole.

Elements of TrueComp 5x Plan Design 

Date: October 10 and 11, 2008
Time: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Using real life scenarios, this course will teach compensation professionals how to develop and execute compensation plan designs within the TrueComp 5x applications. Additionally, the course will cover running the pipeline calculation processes, examining logs, evaluating results and other useful topics for rule and plan development. After the class, the compensation professionals will be able to develop, modify and design rules and compensation plans using TrueComp 5x.  Students will work to develop and execute strategies of compensation plan analysis, process flow, required components, rule design, and expected results.

Certified Compensation Specialist Section II Hands-on Exam

This certification exam is designed to test a student's knowledge of interpreting compensation plans and writing effective rules and related elements using Callidus TrueComp Manager.

Certified Data Specialist Section II Hands-on Exam 

Date: October 12, 2008
Time: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

This certification exam is designed to test a student's knowledge of managing and modifying the Callidus TrueComp ETL process using Informatica.

Certified Reporting Specialist Section II Hands-on Exam 

Date: October 12, 2008
Time: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

This certification exam is designed to test a student's knowledge of managing and modifying the Callidus TrueInformation® environment, which requires Callidus Portal infrastructure changes and custom report creation with Actuate.
