How do I register?
Registration opens June 9, 2008. You can go to http://www.callidussoftware.com/trueconnection/ to register and obtain additional conference details.
Is there a group discount available?
Discounts are applied to the registration rate valid at the time of registration from a single company. Groups must request a promotional code from Callidus Software in order to qualify for a group discount in advance of registering the first person in the group. Please contact your customer success representative via email to receive your group discount code:

Is there a difference between the Callidus TrueConnection 2008 Sales Performance Management Conference registration fee and the registration fee for the Pre-Session Callidus Software Training and Certification Exams?
Yes. The pre-session training courses and exams are optional and are not included in the TrueConnection Sales Performance Management Conference registration fee. These courses have the same content as the full course offerings, only the time is condensed and they are offered at discount pricing.
Does conference registration cover the cost of hotel accommodations?
No, conference registration does not cover the cost of hotel accommodations. Conference registration includes all event activities including meals, conference events and airport shuttle transfers only.
What is the conference cancellation policy?
Conference registration payment must be received on or before October 6, 2008. No attendee will be admitted into the conference without payment.
If you wish to transfer or cancel your registration, please refer to the Refund Policy below.
There will be no refunds or credits for registrants who do not attend the conference.

What is the cancellation policy for Pre-Conference Training and Certification Exams?
Pre-conference training and certification classes are non-refundable, they can be rescheduled to a future date.
Please note that Callidus Software Inc. requires written notification of your cancellation by the dates and times provided. Failure to meet the required dates and times may result in no refund being issued. Please send your transfer or cancellation refund request to events@callidussoftware.com.
Who do I contact if I need to make a substitution request?
Full conference registrations are transferable to another name within your company for a one time processing fee of $150. Please contact events@callidussoftware.com and provide us with:
- your name (the original registrant), and
- the name of the person that registration is being transferred to.
Once the transfer has been completed you will be contacted, at which time, the new registrant will be able to review and make changes to the conference preferences.

Is there a difference between the Callidus TrueConnection 2008 Sales Performance Management Conference registration fee and the registration fee for the Pre-Session Callidus Software Training and Certification Exams?
Yes. The pre-session training courses and exams are optional and are not included in the TrueConnection Sales Performance Management Conference registration fee. These courses have the same content as the full course offerings, only the time is condensed.
These are the regular courses at conference discount pricing — so your company saves money and you save time by attending them before the Callidus Software TrueConnection 2008 Sales Performance Management Conference.
The Pre-session training courses will be held on Friday, October 10 and Saturday, October 11, with optional exams held on Sunday, October 12, 2008.

Can I attend the pre-conference training and not attend the conference?
Yes. To register for the pre-conference training only, click here and select pre-conference training and the course you want to take.
Guests
Can I invite a guest?
Yes. One guest per full conference attendee may be invited. The registration fee for the guest is $695.
Disclaimer: A "guest" of Callidus Software TrueConnection is assumed to be a spouse or significant other. Colleagues and professional associates do not qualify for a conference discounted "guest" rate of $695.
Conference Participant Identification
Badges are required at all conference events and meals — unregistered guests will not be admitted.
Guest Registration Fee includes:
- Ground transfers to and from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport to the Westin Kierland Resort and Spa
- All meals served throughout the conference period
- All Callidus TrueConnection 2008 Sales Performance Management Conference organized activities (except Golf and Tennis tournaments)
The guest registration fee does not include:
- Hotel accommodations
- Resort fee
- Air travel to the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport
- Access to keynotes, breakouts, and training courses
- Participation in the post-conference golf or tennis tournament events
- Any additional activities not included in the Callidus TrueConnection 2008 Sales Performance Management Conference agenda
Can I register a colleague to the Callidus TrueConnection conference?
Yes. Once you have registered yourself for the event, a new tab will appear on the top of your registration page called "Register Another". Click on that tab and you can complete the registration process for a colleague.
You can register a colleague at any time after you have completed your TrueConnection registration by opening your Registration Confirmation email and clicking on the link provided. You will then be prompted for your confirmation number, which will take you to your registration page and to "Register Another".
How many colleagues can I register?
You can register as many colleagues as you like. At the end of each registration, you simply click on the top navigation tab "Register Another" and start the process over again.

Where is the conference being held?
The Callidus TrueConnection 2008 Sales Performance Management Conference is being held at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa, at 6902 East Greenway Parkway, Scottsdale, Arizona 85254.

Does conference registration cover the cost of the hotel?
No, conference registration does not cover the cost of the hotel. The conference rate includes all event fees, meals, airport transfers, and agenda activities only.
Is there a group rate available at Westin Kierland Resort and Spa?
Yes, Callidus Software has arranged for a group rate of $249 per night, plus applicable fees and taxes available until September 22, 2008.
Bellman service charges are $12.00 roundtrip per room and will be added to the individual folio for each guestroom. Daily housekeeper service charges are $4.00 per night and will be added to the individual folio for each guestroom.
You can make your reservation via phone or through the online registration process. When making your reservation via phone, please be sure to mention the "Callidus TrueConnection 2008 Sales Performance Management Conference" to ensure that the group discount will be applied. Guests will be responsible for their own guest room, tax and incidental charges upon checkout.
Should you wish to extend your visit to the Westin Kierland Resort and Spa, the special conference rate is available three days before and three days after the conference (subject to hotel availability). If you would like to call the Westin Kierland to reserve your room please call (800) 354-5892 or (480) 624-1202.
A deposit equal to the first night's stay is required to hold each guest's reservation. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the dates indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the first night of the reserved stay. These deposits paid by individuals are refundable if notice is received at least seven (7) days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made.

Traditional Guest Room

These 426-square-foot rooms also feature a cozy leather armchair and ottoman, a private balcony or terrace, and amenities such as high-speed Internet, a spacious desk, and much more.
Deluxe Guest Room
For a little more of the beautiful Arizona setting right inside your room, book a Deluxe guest room for an additional fee. Offering the same 426 square feet of comfort and style as a Traditional room, these Deluxe accommodations have the added bonus of guaranteed views of the mountains or golf case from the private balcony or terrace. Back inside, youíll appreciate the warm, beautiful decor, choice or one king or two double Heavenly Beds, rejuvenating Heavenly Bath, and all other amenities.

Are there any resort charges?
Service charges will be posted to the individual guest room portfolio. These charges are subject to change without notice. Currently the fees are as follows:
- Bellman Service: $12.00 per person (includes both check-in and check-out)
- Housekeeper Services: $4.00 per room, per day
- Internet Access: $9.95 per day (conference discount rate) for a 24 hour period from the time you log on.
- All rates are subject to availability.

Can I make my hotel reservation online?
Yes, accommodation can be booked directly through the registration process on the Callidus Software TrueConnection registration site by clicking here, or via the "Register Now" link in the left navigation.
What is the Hotel reservation policy:
A one night minimum deposit is required to secure all reservations — whether they be made via the phone or Callidus Software registration system.
Those deposits paid by individuals are refundable if notice is received at least seven (7) days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made. After that time, the one night reservation deposit will be forfeited.
Is there an early departure fee?
Yes. In the event that a guest who has reserved a guest room within the TrueConnection Conference Group guest room block checks out prior to the guest's reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of 100% of the guest room rate for the last nights reserved will be charged to that guest's individual account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the Hotel seven (7) days prior to the arrival date of any change in the scheduled length of stay.
What is the Hotel's room reservation cancellation policy?
Room reservations may be cancelled at any time, however deposits paid by individuals are only refundable if notice is received at least seven (7) days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made.
Travel
What airport do you recommend I fly into?
Fly into the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).
How to I get from the airport to the Hotel?
Each conference attendee is responsible for airport shuttle to/from the hotel. The cost of a taxi to the hotel is approximately $40.00 - $70.00, depending on traffic conditions. Taxi service is available outside of all terminals.
AAA Sedan provides airport shuttle service to/from The Westin Kierland. The cost is $50 each way (up to 3 people) and they will meet you curbside by the blue diamonds outside of all terminals at Sky Harbor Airport or they can meet & greet you at baggage claim for an additional $20 each way. Does the registration fee include the cost of airport transfers?
No, the cost of airport transfers is not included in the registration fee. Each conference attendee is responsible for airport shuttle to/from the hotel.
If I choose to drive, can I park at the hotel?
Yes, you can. The guest parking is conveniently located on-site, about 20 feet from the resort entrance. All parking is outdoors, and handicap-accessible and motorcycle parking are also available.

The dress code for Callidus TrueConnection is business casual.
What will the weather be like in October?
During the month of October, weather is generated more from storm activity over the Pacific Ocean than from the subtropical moisture. High pressure systems that bring Indian Summer to the eastern sections of the Nation pass across the Great Basin area to the north, and dry, cold fronts often pass southward across Arizona, drying out and cooling the air.
The average temperature for the month is 74.5, or 19.0 degrees cooler than July. Daytime high temperatures usually begin the month at 94 but cool off to 82 by Halloween. Nighttime low temperatures drop from 67 to 54. These are the largest changes in normal high and low temperatures that occur during any month of the year. It is recommended you bring a jacket for the evening hours.
