Leslie Stretch

President and Chief Executive Officer

Leslie Stretch has 20 years of experience in building long-term customer and business partner relationships in the IT industry.

Prior to joining Callidus Software's executive board, Leslie worked for Sun Microsystems for nine years. At Sun, he held the position of Senior Vice President of Global Channel Sales and was the Managing Director of Sun Microsystems U.K. Ltd. Before joining Sun, Leslie held senior sales positions at Oracle Corporation U.K. and was instrumental in accelerating the growth of its Scottish and Canadian operations. Throughout his career, Leslie successfully directed and motivated large sales organizations and facilitated strategic deals.

Leslie holds a B.A. Honors degree in Economics and Economic History from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland and a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland

V. Holly Albert

Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

V. Holly Albert brings more than 20 years of global experience in legal, business, and operations to Callidus Software.

Holly is responsible for all corporate legal affairs relating to Callidus. Previously, she was vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at Docent Inc. Prior to that, Holly served as vice president, general counsel and COO at Tradenable, Inc., an Internet financial services company.

She held executive positions at infoUSA.com and worked with Honeywell for 16 years, serving as the general counsel for Honeywell-Measurex Corporation. Holly is a member of both the California and New Mexico State bars and received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Merritt Alberti

Senior Vice President, Worldwide Client Services

Merritt Alberti serves as senior vice president of global client services for Callidus Software. He leads a consulting team that works with complex sales organizations in global, multi-national companies to develop and deliver sales effectiveness and sales compensation solutions. Merritt has over 10 years of experience in Sales Performance Management, previously in leadership roles at The Alexander Group and Compensation Technologies.

Prior to his current role at Callidus, Merritt served as vice president of client services for North America where he was responsible for strategic services and managing implementation service delivery.

Merritt holds a BS in Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an MS in Information Systems from Tarleton State University, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Jimmy Duan

Senior Vice President, Analytics, Business Process Management and SaaS Solutions

Dr. Jimmy Duan is responsible for the definition, launch and deployment of Callidus’ Analytics, BPM and SaaS products and solutions and customer enablement services. Dr. Duan has more than 15 years of experience holding management positions in strategic consulting, client services and product management.

Previously, Dr. Duan served as vice president of products and professional services at Xactly, where he was responsible for defining solutions and services strategies and managing services delivery to its customers. Previously, Dr. Duan served as vice president of strategic services at Callidus Software, where he played a leading role in defining the strategies for services growth and end-to-end customer satisfaction. Prior to Callidus Software, Dr. Duan held professional services management positions at Quovera and Talus Solutions, which has since been acquired by Manugistics Group.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Duan consulted with a number of companies and governmental organizations in the U.S. and Asia Pacific in business process reengineering, quality and risk management, life-cycle costing, and revenue management.

Duan holds a Ph.D. in industrial and systems engineering from Virginia Tech.

Ronald J. Fior

Senior Vice President, Finance & Operations and Chief Financial Officer

Ron Fior brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in all aspects of corporate finance and operations. Most recently, Ron was Vice President of Finance and CFO at Ingenuity Systems. Previously, he served as Vice President of Finance and Operations and CFO at Remedy Corporation. He has also served as Senior Vice President and CFO at ITP Education Group and International Thomson Publishing Group.

Ron's experience extends to both public and private companies, from the start-up stage to companies with over $750 million in revenue. Ron holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada, and is a Chartered Accountant.

Michael Graves

Senior Vice President, Engineering and Chief Technology Officer

Michael Graves has more than a decade of experience in developing market-leading enterprise applications. Prior to joining Callidus, Michael spent several years at Oracle, most recently as vice president of development in Oracle's Applications Division. In that position, he managed the incentive compensation and territory management global development teams, and helped develop products for customers implementing complex sales force compensation systems.

Before joining Oracle, Michael was a financial analyst for the Clorox Sales Company, and created systems for processing compensation payments and customer chargebacks. Michael has a B.S. in Finance and Economic Analysis & Policy from the Walter A. Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley.

Lorna Heynike

Senior Vice President, Marketing

Lorna Heynike has over 15 years of experience in developing and marketing enterprise-class applications.

At Callidus Software, Lorna has led the effort to develop a series of sales performance and performance management solutions. She spearheaded the development of Monaco, Callidus' cutting-edge line of SaaS sales performance products.

Prior to joining Callidus, Lorna worked for Oracle, where she managed incentive compensation, marketing and leads management solutions.

Lorna holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland; an M.Sc. from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland; and a B.A. degree with Honors from the University of California at Berkeley.

Jeffrey Saling

Senior Vice President, Global Sales

Jeffrey Saling is senior vice president of Global Sales at Callidus Software. Jeff has been with the company for over 5 years.

Over his career, Jeff has worked with start-ups and managed technology-based businesses. He specializes in SaaS and On-Demand transitions for on-premise (perpetually or term licensed) software companies seeking to enter the SaaS / OnDemand (web-based) arena. Prior to working with Callidus, Jeff was vice president at Chordiant Software, senior manager at Accenture, and vice president of operations at Vehicle Information Network.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Production & Operations Management, from California State University, Hayward (East Bay).
